Fresh Tomato Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium, firm tomatoes, sliced thin
    1 (13 to 16-inch) baked pizza crust
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 (2 1/4 oz.) sliced, ripe olives, drained (optional)
    1/2 c. diced green pepper
    1/2 c. diced onion
    1 Tbsp. chopped, fresh basil or 1 tsp. dried basil
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place tomato slices in a circle on crust, overlapping slightly, until crust is completely covered.
    Drizzle with olive oil.
    Cover with olives, if desired, green pepper and onion. Sprinkle seasonings over all.
    Cover with cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
    Serve immediately. Yields 8 servings.
