Garlic Chicken Wings - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. wings (drumettes)
    3 garlic heads
    1 c. + 1 Tbsp. olive oil
    10 to 15 drops hot pepper sauce
    1 c. grated Parmesan
    1 c. Italian style bread crumbs
    1 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Rinse; pat chicken dry and separate garlic cloves and peel. Place garlic, olive oil and hot pepper sauce in blender and puree. Combine cheese, bread crumbs and pepper in plastic bag.
    Dip wings in garlic puree and roll in crumbs mixture.
    Coat shallow nonstick baking pan with oil and add wings in single layer.
    Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 45 to 60 minutes until brown.
    Serve hot.
