Crunchy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 fryers, cut (may use breasts)
    2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    3/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1 garlic clove, pressed
    2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 c. margarine or butter, melted
Preparation
    Mix Ritz crumbs, cheese and parsley.
    Mix garlic, salt, pepper and margarine in a pot and melt.
    Dip chicken in melted margarine and then in crumb mix and coat
    all
    over.\tPut in a pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour uncovered.
