Beef Stew Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef, cut in cubes
    2 Tbsp. Mazola oil
    1 (10 oz.) can mushroom gravy
    1 c. tomato juice
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 envelope onion soup mix
    1 tsp. horseradish
    4 medium potatoes, peeled and quartered
Preparation
    Brown meat in oil.
    Drain off excess fat.
    Combine gravy, tomato juice, water, soup mix and horseradish.
    Stir into meat. Simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
