My Swiss Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 to 1 lb. sirloin or round steak
1 to 2 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1 can tomatoes
1 can undiluted tomato soup
flour with seasoning
salt and pepper
Preparation

Slice beef in strips.
Dredge in flour.
Brown beef in heated oil; add onions and saute until soft.
Chop tomatoes and add to beef, including juice.
Stir in tomato soup.
Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
