Pumpkin Cake Roll - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs, beaten on high for 1 minute
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. pumpkin
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped nuts
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Gradually beat sugar in eggs.
    Stir in pumpkin and lemon juice.
    Fold in flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Spread on greased and floured cookie sheet (15 x 10 x 1-inch). Top with nuts.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Turn out on towel sprinkled with powdered sugar.
    Starting at narrow end, roll towel and cake together.
    Let cool completely.
    Then unroll, remove towel and spread filling.
