Corn Relish - cooking recipe
Ingredients

12 ears corn
1 large onion
1 large red pepper
1 large green pepper
5 medium banana peppers
1 large cucumber
1 large head cabbage
1 1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1/4 tsp. turmeric
Preparation

Chop all vegetables.
Bring to a boil vinegar, sugar, salt and turmeric.
Add vegetables and boil 15 minutes.
Stir often.
Put in hot jars and seal.
Makes 7 1/2 pints.
