Stir-Fry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, pork or Polish sausage
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. green peppers
    2 c. snow peas
    1 c. bean sprouts
    2 c. water chestnuts
    3 c. cabbage, sliced
    2 cloves garlic
    any vegetables of your choice
    5 oz. Worcestershire sauce
    cooked rice
Preparation
    Put slices or chunks of meat in skillet.
    Add Worcestershire sauce.
    Brown meat until tender.
    Add remaining ingredients and cook until tender, stirring constantly.
    Serve over rice with additional Worcestershire sauce.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
