Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. potatoes, diced
1/4 c. carrots, shredded
1/4 c. celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. skim milk
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. water
paprika (to garnish)
Preparation

Add vegetables and dill weed to boiling salted water.
Cover and boil gently until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes. Stir to break up potatoes.
Add milk and margarine.
Heat to simmering.
Mix flour with 1 tablespoon water until smooth.
Add slowly to vegetable mixture, stirring constantly; heat until mixture just starts to boil.
Sprinkle each serving with paprika. Makes 4 (1 cup) servings.
