Cream Coconut Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 c. powdered sugar
3 Tbsp. butter
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
dash of salt
grated rind of 1/4 lemon or orange
1 1/2 c. coconut
Preparation

Cream the butter until soft.
Add sugar alternately with lemon juice.
Add a dash of salt.
Beat until smooth and light.
Add grated rind of lemon.
Spread and sprinkle coconut on top and sides of cake.
