Peach Kuchen - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    7/8 c. sugar
    2 egg yolks
    1 c. sour cream
    3 large peaches
Preparation
    Mix butter, flour, baking powder, salt and 2 tablespoons sugar with pastry cutter until like corn meal. Save 1 cup of this for topping.
    Pat the rest into the bottom of an 8-inch square pan. Place peaches, cut into slices, over crust. Sprinkle with 7/8 cup sugar mixed with 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Bake 20 minutes at 400\u00b0. Mix egg yolks and sour cream.
    Pour over kuchen and bake 30 minutes more.
    Cool.
    Good warm or cold.
