Beef Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. steak
    1 bottle soy sauce
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    1 dash of red pepper
    splash of liquid smoke
Preparation
    Cut steak into small thin pieces.
    Add soy sauce, liquid smoke, red pepper, salt, garlic salt and a lot of course ground pepper. Mix this real well with meat.
    Put in an airtight container and store in refrigerator; let marinate for 24 to 36 hours.
    Shake it when you go by the fridge.
    Bake on a cookie sheet for 3 to 4 hours at 170\u00b0 to 200\u00b0.
