Saute Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 carrots
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/4 c. butter
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Place carrots, salt, pepper and water in a 2-quart saucepan. Cook on high until steam rises from the lid.
    Then reduce to low for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Drain well and roll carrots in bread crumbs and saute in skillet with butter until lightly browned.
