Loucile Piner'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Sift together the flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    In a bowl, beat the oil, eggs and sugar on high until fluffy.
    Add carrots.
    Mix together and add flour mixture and vanilla.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Use a cream cheese frosting.
    Refrigerate.
