E-Z Chicken Dinner - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 boneless chicken breasts
2 cans precooked sliced potatoes
1 green pepper
1 small jar mushrooms
2 stalks celery
1 small onion (optional)
Preparation

Lightly grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Place celery in bottom of pan.
Place chicken breasts on top of celery. Season chicken with seasoned salt. Drain 1 can of potatoes.
Place around chicken. Drain half the juice from the second can of potatoes and place around chicken.
Add green pepper, mushrooms and onion. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Cover pan with aluminum foil to keep in moisture.
Makes 4 servings.
