Eggplant Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium eggplants
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1 medium onion
    1 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    1/2 stick butter
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese (as desired)
Preparation
    Peel, slice and cook until just tender.
    In casserole, place a layer of eggplant, grated cheese, slice of butter and bread crumbs.
    Repeat.
    Beat eggs, milk and grated onion and pour over it.
    Bake, uncovered, in 400\u00b0 oven for 30 minutes.
