Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. hot pepper, chopped
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. shredded Cheddar cheese or Mozzarella
    1 stick butter
    1 can cream-style corn
    1 1/3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix items together and add milk until it forms a batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes or until done.
