Dorothy Sherman'S Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Duncan Hines yellow cake mix
    2/3 c. cooking oil
    2/3 c. canned apricot juice
    4 eggs
    2 tsp. lemon juice or lemon extract
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Beat 2 minutes on medium speed.
    Then 4 minutes on high speed.
    Bake in a well-greased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 55 minutes or until done.
    Let cool for a few minutes and then turn upside-down on plate.
    With large cooking fork tines, punch holes in cooled cake.
