Ingredients

2 whole skinless boneless chicken breasts (1 to 1 1/2 lb.)
1/4 c. prepared mustard
1/2 to 1 c. soft homemade bread crumbs (make in food processor)
Preparation

Cut chicken into 4 equal pieces and pat dry with paper towels. Brush mustard onto both sides of the chicken.
Roll each piece in bread crumbs, coating thoroughly.
Shake off excess.
Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes or until done.
