Enchilada Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef or 3 to 4 large chicken breasts, cooked
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mild enchilada sauce
    1 pkg. flour tortillas, broken into long strips
    1 c. milk
    1/2 lb. grated cheese (8 oz. shredded cheese)
Preparation
    Brown beef and drain off fat or cut chicken into bite-size bits.
    Add onion, soups, milk and sauce.
    Simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
    Layer in mixture and tortillas in casserole dish.
    Top with cheese.
    Cover dish and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese is melted.
