Mike'S Gourmet Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large, white mushrooms
    1/2 to 3/4 lb. small rock shrimp
    Johnny's seasoned salt
    lemon pepper
    garlic powder (not salt)
    3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Clean mushrooms and take out the stem.
    Using a spoon, scoop out center, forming a small bowl.
    Fill each mushroom with shrimp; season each mushroom with Johnny's seasoned salt, lemon pepper and garlic powder to taste.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 13 minutes, then sprinkle cheese over each mushroom and broil until cheese is melted.
