Crab Cakes Maryland - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce or dash of Tabasco sauce
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
    1 lb. cooked crab, flaked or broken up
    1 c. fresh bread crumbs or 1/2 c. unsalted cracker crumbs
    salt and pepper for taste
    flour (for dredging)
Preparation
    Mix parsley, mustard, Worcestershire sauce or Tabasco sauce, eggs and mayonnaise together. Add the crab, crumbs and season with salt and pepper to taste. Divide the mixture into 8 cakes and dredge in flour. Deep fry at 375\u00b0 for 2 to 3 minutes or until golden brown or pan-fry on both sides with a bit of butter.
