Fantastic French Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. warm water
    4 Tbsp. yeast
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    6 tsp. salt
    6 Tbsp. soft shortening
    16 c. flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Mix first 6 ingredients.
    Knead for about 10 minutes, every 10 minutes for an hour.
    Press down dough.
    Divide dough into 4 balls.
    Let rest 10 minutes.
    Make into rolls or loaves.
    Let rise until double.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
