Sauerkraut Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 c. cooked ham
    1 c. corned beef
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
    2/3 c. flour
    bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    3 Tbsp. minced parsley
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. sauerkraut
    2 beaten eggs
Preparation
    Grind onion, ham, sauerkraut and corned beef.
    Add salt, mustard, parsley, pepper and 1/2 cup flour.
    Mix well.
    Make into small balls.
    Dip in egg, flour, egg, then crumbs.
    Deep fry at 375\u00b0.
    (Can use food processor instead of grinder.)
