Churros - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Bisquick
    1 c. water
    1 egg
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 Tbsp. sugar plus a little extra
    vegetable oil
Preparation
    In small saucepan, combine Bisquick and cinnamon.
    In a 1-quart saucepan, heat water and 1 tablespoon sugar to boiling. Add boiling mixture to Bisquick mixture.
    Reduce heat and stir vigorously until dough forms a ball.
    Remove from heat; beat in egg until smooth.
    Transfer dough into a pastry bag fitted with a star tip.
    Pipe 5-inch strips into a hot skillet with 1-inch of oil.
    Cook until golden brown on all sides, turning to coat evenly.
    While still hot, roll in extra sugar.
    Serve warm.
