No-Fat Carrot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 c. grated carrots
3 egg whites or 2 1/4 tsp. egg replacer, mixed in 1/4 c. water
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

In a large mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together and pour into a 9 x 13-inch nonstick pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
