Kettle Deer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
3 to 4 gal. cubed deer
    water
    6 to 7 large onions
    salt and pepper
    2 to 3 c. flour, browned
    lukewarm water
Preparation
When you are cutting up your deer, cut into small 1-inch squares, bite-size.
You can freeze this until ready to cook down. Heat a black kettle with a small amount of water in it to boiling.
Add the cubed deer and stir constantly.
You will need to add water as needed to keep a liquid on the deer.
Add salt and pepper to your taste.
Depending on the age and toughness of the deer, cook this until tender, approximately 2 hours.
When the deer is tender, add the onions.
Onions really add the flavor and take away the wild game taste.
The more onions, the better the flavor.
