Vegetable Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 (4 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 pkg. Ranch salad dressing
    assortment of fresh vegetables, finely chopped (cauliflower, lettuce, broccoli, peppers, celery, onion, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Lightly grease 11 x 15-inch baking sheet.
    Unroll rolls and press together in pan to form a solid crust.
    Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
    Set aside to cool.
    Mix softened cream cheese and salad dressing together.
    Spread over crust and top with mixed vegetables.
    Cut in squares to serve.
