Glazed Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, beaten
    2/3 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 slices bread, cubed
    2/3 c. finely chopped onion
    2/3 c. shredded raw carrot
    1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    2 lb. ground beef
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Stir together eggs, milk, slat, pepper and bread.
    Beat until bread is broken up.
    Add onion, carrot, cheese and beef.
    Mix well.
    Form into a large loaf in center of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
    Bake in a moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Combine sugar, ketchup and mustard.
    Spread over meat loaf and continue baking 15 minutes.
