Cranberry-Orange Relish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. whole fresh cranberries
    1 orange
    1 apple
    1/2 c. fresh or canned drained pineapple (optional)
    2 c. sugar or to taste
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Wash cranberries; drain in colander and coarsely chop 1/2 cup at a time in blender or food processor.
    Wash and remove seeds from apple and orange (do not peel).
    Chop other fruits.
    Add to cranberries.
    Add spices; mix well.
    Flavor improves on standing in refrigerator.
    May also be frozen.
