Wilted Cucumbers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 cucumbers
salt
1 c. cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
3 Tbsp. sugar, or to taste
1/2 tsp. white pepper
Preparation

Peel cucumbers, leaving some green on.
Score lengthwise with tines of fork.
Slice as thinly as possible and sprinkle with salt.
Let stand at room temperature 1-2 hours.
Drain thoroughly, pressing out as much liquid as possible.
