Fruit Cocktail Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large (No. 2 1/2) can fruit cocktail, drained well
    2 c. flour
    2 c. white sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
    Mix for 3 minutes on medium speed.
    Bake in a large tin pin (greased and floured).
    Cover cake evenly with 1 cup light brown sugar; top with 1 cup ground pecans (before baking).
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
