Glazed Gingered Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. baby carrots
    1/2 stick butter
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
Preparation
    Cook carrots unseasoned until tender; drain well.
    Place carrots in skillet.
    Add butter, brown sugar and ginger.
    Ccook over medium heat until mixture begins to bubble.
    Turn heat down to low and baste often.
    Continue cooking for 30 minutes and basting until they are well glazed.
