Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 cans white chicken chunks in water
1 small individual box raisins
1 medium apple, peeled and diced
1 small onion, diced fine
1/2 c. chopped celery
3/4 c. chopped pecans
mayonnaise
Preparation
-
Combine, adding just enough mayonnaise to moisten ingredients. Serve on lettuce leaf with cheese and crackers.
For sandwiches, leave out raisins and apples.
