Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3/4 c. Miracle Whip salad dressing
    1 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
    1/2 c. each, finely chopped: broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, onions, celery, etc.
Preparation
    Spread crescent rolls on ungreased cookie sheet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
    Spread mixture of cream cheese, salad dressing and dry Ranch dressing over crust.
    Sprinkle finely chopped vegetables over top.
    Refrigerate; cut into bite size pieces.
