Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1/2 c. margarine, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 1/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. zucchini, grated
1/2 c. walnuts (optional)
chocolate chips

Preparation

Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs and sour milk. Mix well and then add dry ingredients and vanilla. Combine and blend well. Add zucchini and walnuts. Place in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake 40 - 45 minutes at 350\u00b0. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
