Pineapple Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    6 slices white bread (crusts removed, if desired)
    1 large can (16 oz.) crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar.
    Add remaining ingredients and blend well. Grease a 2-quart Pyrex dish.
    Pour remaining into pan and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    This is a good accompaniment to roast pork, fresh ham or baked ham.
