Lemon Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can crushed pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
1 small pkg. lemon Jell-O
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, in chunks
1 tub Cool Whip
Preparation

Combine pineapple and sugar over heat.
Bring to a boil and add the Jell-O; boil 2 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in cream cheese.
Cool completely.
Fold in Cool Whip.
Pour into an 8 x 8-inch pan and chill overnight.
