Quiche - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shredded cheese
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    2 unbaked pastry shells
    3 eggs
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 (10 oz.) box spinach
    1 c. ham (smoked)
    8 oz. light cream
Preparation
    Blend 8 ounces light cream, dry mustard and egg in a large bowl.
    Add cheese, onion, spinach and ham to bowl and blend well. Place in the unbaked pastry shell and bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    Place a knife in the center and when it comes out clean, it is done.
