Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 roll sausage (uncooked; hot or mild)
1 c. rice (uncooked)
1 c. total of bell pepper, onion and celery, chopped
1 envelope dry chicken soup mix
4 c. boiling water
Preparation

Brown sausage.
Saute onion, bell pepper and celery.
Mix dry soup with boiling water.
Place uncooked rice in bottom of casserole dish.
Add onion, bell pepper, celery and sausage.
Stir with fork.
Pour soup over all and stir again.
Cover and bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 35 minutes.
(Can be frozen.)
