Nana Cassie'S Diet Banana Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 Tbsp. margarine
1/4 c. sugar
3 ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. plain flour
1 tsp. soda
1 egg or 1/4 c. egg substitute
Preparation

Melt butter and mix with sugar.
Beat egg and add with butter and sugar mixture.
Mash bananas and add to mixture.
Mix well. Add flour and soda.
Pour in pan.
Bake for 35 minutes.
