Vegetable Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. potatoes, cubed
    1 large onion, diced
    1 stock broccoli, chopped
    1 large carrot, grated
    2 stocks celery, chopped
    3 c. water
    1 Tbsp. chicken flavored bouillon
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Put vegetables, water and bouillon in large soup kettle. Simmer until potatoes are just tender.
    Add white sauce and simmer for 10 minutes longer.
    Add cheese, salt and pepper.
    Stir to melt cheese and serve.
