Crumb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. lard or shortening
1 level tsp. baking powder
pinch of salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sour milk
Preparation
-
Bake at 350\u00b0 until toothpick inserted in center of cake comes out clean.
While hot, take the saved portion and pour over cake. Cook in a 9 x 13-inch pan.
