Rice And Beef Porcupines - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. rice, washed
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 Tbsp. shortening
2 c. tomato sauce
1 c. water
Preparation
-
Mix beef, rice, onion and seasoning.
Form into small balls. Fry in hot fat, turning frequently, until light brown, but not crusty on all sides.
Add sauce and water.
Mix well.
Cover and simmer about 45 minutes.
