Bacon And Swiss Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    rich pastry
    slightly beaten egg white
    3 pieces cooked bacon, broken into small pieces
    1 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1 c. heavy cream or evaporated milk
    2 beaten eggs and 1 egg yolk
    sprinkle of salt and pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation
    Line a 9-inch pie pan with rich pastry.
    Brush with slightly beaten egg white.
    Bake in preheated hot oven at 450\u00b0 until crust sets, but is not brown.
