5 Hour Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. beef stew meat, cut in 1 1/2-inch cubes
    1 can tomatoes
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    4 large carrots, sliced
    4 potatoes, cubed
    3 Tbsp. tapioca
    1 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. dry red wine
Preparation
    Mix meat and vegetables in 5-quart casserole.
    Sprinkle with tapioca and seasoning.
    Add wine and 3/4 cup water.
    Stir well. Cover tightly and bake in 250\u00b0 oven for 5 hours.
