Ingredients

2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 (16 oz.) can pitted Bing cherries, drained
4 drops red food coloring
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/8 tsp. salt
1 banana, diced
1/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine sour cream, lemon juice, sugar, salt, pineapple, diced bananas and food coloring.
Lightly fold in nuts and cherries. Spoon into paper cups which have been placed in muffin tins. Freeze.
