Seafoam - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. brown sugar
    1 c. water
    2 tsp. vinegar
    2 egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
Preparation
    Cook sugar, water and vinegar until it forms a thread or a ball in a glass of cold water.
    Add mixture to beaten stiff egg white (add slowly so you don't cook the egg whites).
    Beat real well by hand or electric mixer.
    When the mixture starts to get stiff add vanilla.
    Drop by heaping teaspoonfuls on waxed paper, Saran Wrap or large plate greased with oleo.
