Mom'S Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 1/2 c. oil
    3 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 c. raw grated carrot
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    3 1/2 cans flaked coconut
Preparation
    Mix flour, soda, cinnamon, vanilla, oil, eggs and sugar.
    Beat well. Blend in remaining ingredients and bake in greased and floured cake pan.
    This is a one layer sheet cake.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes. When cool, glaze with frosting.
