Cheese Vegetable Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, cut into chunks
    1/2 c. margarine
    8 oz. frozen broccoli, thawed and drained
    8 oz. frozen cauliflower, thawed and drained
    1 c. crushed saltine crackers
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt cheese and margarine.
    Add vegetables; stir in crackers. Sprinkle some crackers over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until done.
